Barry Liu is a software engineer at North Carolina State University where he also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in 2017. He started working for the IntelliMedia group in 2013 at the start of his undergraduate career at North Carolina State University.
Barry’s work at IntelliMedia includes developing adaptive learning environments and supporting dashboard and user management systems. During his undergraduate years, he assisted with Wookhee Min’s research on player goal recognition. He has been programing in Python, C++, and Java for over three years, and C# for more than four years. Barry enjoys developing professional game-based learning environments and intelligent learning environments. Barry is currently using his knowledge of web technologies and the Unity game engine to help build next-generation research platforms.
